To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Party nor its affiliates (or respective vendors) will be liable to the other Party for any damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of business opportunity or other pecuniary loss) regardless of what such liability is based upon and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
