We make no representations or warranties regarding income, profit, business performance, or results. Individual results will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, execution, market conditions, resources, and effort.

Past performance, testimonials, examples, or case studies are not indicative of future results and should not be relied upon as guarantees of success.

You are solely responsible for your business decisions and actions and agree to conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals (including attorneys and accountants) before implementing any strategies discussed.

Intellectual Property & License

All materials provided through The Resale Lab, this Website, live trainings, recordings, private Facebook groups, documents, templates, frameworks, strategies, systems, written posts, videos, audio, and verbal instruction (collectively, the “Materials”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Chrissy Freeman and The Resale Lab and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials solely for your own internal business use while you remain an active member in good standing.

You may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, share, sell, sublicense, or repurpose the Materials
teach, train, coach, advise, or instruct others using the Materials
represent yourself as an educator, consultant, strategist, or service provider using The Resale Lab Materials
create derivative works based on the Materials, whether modified, paraphrased, summarized, or reorganized

Leaving The Resale Lab does not grant any rights to continue using, teaching, or distributing the Materials.

Artificial Intelligence & Derivative Use Restrictions

Members may not upload, input, scrape, analyze, summarize, extract, or use any Materials in connection with artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, automation software, large language models, or similar technologies.

This includes, but is not limited to:

creating prompts, templates, tools, workflows, dashboards, calendars, or systems
training or informing AI models
repackaging or rewording Materials using AI
building tools, products, services, or trainings derived from Materials

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the use is personal, experimental, non-commercial, or shared privately.

Any discussion of AI tools within The Resale Lab is educational only. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

Community Conduct & Scope

The Resale Lab community spaces (including private Facebook groups) exist for learning, discussion, and implementation support.

Members may not:

offer services, coaching, consulting, marketing help, prompts, templates, or hands-on assistance to other members
solicit or recruit members for services, tools, programs, beta tests, or projects
collect, aggregate, analyze, or interpret other members’ business data
distribute systems, frameworks, prompts, or tools

Members may share personal experiences, results, and lessons learned from applying the Materials, but may not present themselves as a source of instruction or authority.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal, suspension, or termination of access without refund.

Confidentiality & No Redistribution

Members agree not to record, screenshot, share, repost, or distribute any live sessions, group discussions, posts, or Materials outside The Resale Lab without prior written consent.

All non-public discussions and examples shared within the community are confidential.

Solicitation Prohibition

You may not solicit members of The Resale Lab for your own services, products, or programs without express written consent from Chrissy Freeman.

Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the group and forfeiture of payments made to date.

Payments, Monthly Billing & Refunds

The Resale Lab operates on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time according to the cancellation instructions provided.

As a courtesy, refunds for a single monthly charge may be issued at our sole discretion if requested promptly after billing. Refunds are not guaranteed and do not establish precedent.

Ongoing access is provided only while your membership is active and remains subject to these Terms.

Services & Contractors

Members who engage services through Chrissy Freeman Creative LLC or recommended contractors are subject to additional service-specific terms, including but not limited to:

No refunds for services rendered
Payment schedules as outlined in project scope
Content reuse of high-performing materials
Client responsibility for timely communication and materials

Chrissy Freeman Creative LLC is not responsible for delays caused by client non-responsiveness or third-party platforms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrissy Freeman Creative LLC and The Resale Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity.

Total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you under this Agreement.

Termination & Discretion

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or terminate membership at any time to protect the integrity of the community and its members.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing The Resale Lab, participating in community spaces, or continuing your membership after the Effective Date, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
