Refunds & Payments: No refunds are available for services rendered. Payments are made thru Paypal invoice as outlined in the project scope. Deposit & Final Payment: 50% payment due at booking; balance due the week following your event.
Your Obligations as the Client: Chrissy Freeman Creative LCC shall not be responsible for any delays in delivering the Deliverables that are caused by Client's delay, failure of Client to timely perform any of its obligations or lack of Client's response in delivering materials or information needed for project execution.
By Confirming your deposit and this agreement, You are agreeing to services from Chrissy Freeman Creative Services (CFC). As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience. We cannot guarantee your future results and/or success. There are some unknown risks in business and on the internet that we cannot foresee which could reduce results you experience. We cannot foresee social media changes in reach and ad delivery; these changes may affect our marketing performance.
IN NO EVENT WILL CFC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR INDIRECT COSTS OR LITIGATION COSTS, DAMAGES, INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL COSTS, OR LOSS OF DATA, PRODUCTION OR PROFIT. THE LIABILITY OF CFC TO ANY USER FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO CFC UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Party nor its affiliates (or respective vendors) will be liable to the other Party for any damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of business opportunity or other pecuniary loss) regardless of what such liability is based upon and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
